The Holymead After School Club (ASC) is situated in the Hub on the Junior site and operates from 3.10pm (Infant pupils) /3.20pm (Junior pupils) to 6pm each day from Monday to Friday.

Registration and Booking Places

Parents and Carers must register their children and book ASC places using our online registration, booking and payment system (see link below):

Number of Places

In 2023-24 we increased the number of places available to 50 places. Please note that once 50 places have been booked for a session the booking system will not allow any additional bookings.

Cost

Sessions cost £9.00 per session, per child and can be paid using childcare vouchers. 

Cancellations

Refunds will be issued for any cancellations made 7 days prior to booking date. If your child is unable to attend due to illness/medical reasons, the school will also refund your child’s place. See our policy for further details.

Access to ASC for parents

Parents and Carers can access the ASC from Rossall Road by walking up the slope running alongside the yellow fencing and into the door on the left.
