Our Vision

We value our rights and recognise our responsibilities (to ourselves, to other people and to our community). We know that we have rights and learn about these as part of being a UNICEF Rights Respecting School. We also know that we have a responsibility to respect the rights of others; we can do this by making sure that we are kind, honest and fair. We enjoy representing our community and learning about global citizenship; we know that we all have a collective responsibility to look after ourselves, each other, our community and our planet.

We take pride in everything that we do. Having high standards means that we challenge ourselves to do our best at all times and have the courage to listen to advice and make improvements in the way we work and the way we behave. We take pride in our work, our behaviour and our environment.

We welcome and make the most of new experiences and opportunities. We are curious about the world around us and enjoy learning new things. We are enthusiastic learners and participate in the activities that our school and community offer us.

We strive to be kind. We look after one another and are always honest, even about our mistakes. We know that being fair means that everyone gets the help they need to join in and make the most of new experiences and opportunities. We want to do well at school and in our lives in general; we work hard to develop our talents to the full.
